Surfing with the Alien is originaly released on 1897 and was rereleased on 2007 as a tribute to Epic/Legacy Recordings’ 20th anniversary.
I do not have a single complaint about Surfing With The Alien. Joe Satriani has proved himself. With his unbelievable shredding ability, and his knowledge of his music, Surfing With The Alien has something to offer to every level of player, and it ultimately shows us what can possibly be done with six strings placed on a block of wood. This album only proves that Joe is a master of the instrument.
